I almost felt snow today

Which was odd, since it's still about, oh, 45F or so.  But although the actual temp isn't any lower than it has been, there was a nip to the air and I definitely regretted the decision to not wear gloves while I was out biking around earlier.  I mean, two days ago I was thinking to myself, "My, what lovely spring-like weather we're having."  Now, if only it would really get cold and send me some snow, I would be a happy person.

Speaking of the chill in the air, I was out and about today, and I see this.  See the problem?

That would be a girl with no pants on.  Leg warmers and shorts that's it.  And no, she is not the only person I've seen recently in this kind of outfit.  Good gracious woman!  At least wear some tights like your friend!  How are you not freezing to death???

And this from the culture that's been bundled in giant winter coats, caps, gloves, scarves since the thermometer hit 65F!  Good grief!  I probably wouldn't mind so much except people keep yelling at me for only wearing a light jacket (cause it's all I need).  I'm supposed to be dressed for sub-zero temperatures, but it's ok to be dressed like this???  So confused right now...

UPDATE: I gave my sisters leg warmers for Christmas.  Apparently one of my sisters is wearing them as pajamas.
