Another short update
As some of you may know, this term has been super busy for me, culminating with this week! The last week before exams, when I have to write tests, grade a boat load of stuff, and basically go crazy for awhile. The end result means: sorry, still don't have time to post that long rambling post about life that I've been wanting to make. Also, I'm taking the Japanese proficiency test Sunday. That'll be a fun and exciting time for sure.

Several Eons Later...
Well that certainly took long enough! Sorry guys, as I said, I've been in the process of getting a new computer, getting all my data off my old one (still missing some of it), blahblahblah, and, as you see, have not posted for over a month!
Wow that's a long time.
I wanted to celebrate by posting pics of my Golden Week bike trip with some friends, but my new computer doesn't have the right port, so that has to wait until I purchase the correct cord. For those of you who don't know, Golden Week occurs in early May when several holidays happen very close together and we all get time off. I don't know what all the holidays are. Sorry.
In other news! Less than three weeks of regular classes left for Term 1! (Then we have exams and special classes all July long, but whatev) I love all of my classes, but I'm glad one of them is going on Cross Cultural for the rest of the year. No more staying until 8 for me! Also, more time to focus on the crazy class!
Apparently, June = rainy season. I was under the impression that it would rain for a month straight and get super hot, but we're almost halfway through the month and it's been really nice. I am starting to quiver in terror at the thought of July and August. Oh the humidity of it all! (Lucky me, I'm probably going to Hokkaido in August. Still hot, but not humid)
Something new: they have time set up all weird here, so it's light at, like, 4 am, but dark before 9, so I've been getting up earlier (do NOT like wasting daylight) and consequently going to bed earlier. What I mean to say is, it's almost 9 and I'm tired, so
